- Shipping Areas and Rates
We provide worldwide shipping services. Our basic delivery option ships the food trailer to the nearest port for you to pick up, with our team assisting in the necessary pickup procedures. Additionally, we offer door-to-door delivery, which incurs extra costs, including taxes and inland transportation to your specified address.
Shipping fees are determined by the weight, size, destination, and current international shipping rates of the food trailer. For orders of $50,000 or more, we offer free standard shipping to the nearest pickup port.
- Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days after confirming the shipping time with you (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak sales seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended. Once your order has shipped, we will promptly send a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Shipping Methods
We work with trusted international logistics carriers to ensure your products are delivered safely and on time. Depending on your location and the size of the order, shipping methods may include:
- Standard Ground Shipping, Sea Freight
This is an affordable and reliable shipping option for most products.
- Expedited Shipping
If you require faster delivery, this option is available at an additional cost.
- Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location. Generally, standard shipping typically takes 25 business days after your order has shipped. Please note that unforeseen factors such as adverse weather conditions or carrier issues may affect the delivery time. We will do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates and track your order throughout the shipping process. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment using the tracking information provided, either through our website or directly on the carrier's website.
